Markus Enenkel, PhD, is a researcher at Harvard Humanitarian Initiative. He also supports the World Bank's Climate and Risk Management program, focusing on the identification and mitigation of extreme climate impacts. After the development/coordination of projects and humanitarian missions with the Red Cross and Doctors without Borders Markus worked at SOS Children's Villages International as disaster risk management coordinator. His expertise ranges from satellite earth observation and climate services to socioeconomic data collection/analysis and operational decision-support. Markus' network includes international organisations (mainly United Nations), space agencies, universities, NGOs and private industry.
Emanuel Rudas, MA, has more than 15 years of experience in international marketing and management. Prior to launching PERIGEE, Emanuel held executive roles within international companies and organizations. As a freelance consultant for data-driven strategies, he helped SMEs, cultural organizations and NGOs/NPOs in Europe and Africa to improve their business models. Furthermore, he gained experience in the non-profit sector as a fundraiser and publicist.
